ABOUT ME

Hey, I’m Briana Kennedy—though depending on who you ask, you might also hear B, Bree, Narna, Breezy, Bazza, or Marniie (my childhood nickname, and now the name of this whole shebang).
I’m a creative soul, artist, coach, and all-round ideas gal,
based in the wild beauty of Lutruwita/Tasmania.

Marniie Coaching was born out of lived experience—messy, magical, and full of missteps that eventually made sense. I started with a handmade jewellery biz, which blossomed into a full-time creative career.

But somewhere along the way, I began to wonder… why does it all feel so hard?

Then came the plot twist: at 34, I was diagnosed as Autistic—and suddenly, the fog cleared. My quiet ways, my deep feelings, my way of noticing the tiny things others miss—they weren’t flaws, they were strengths.

That shift changed everything. I realised my brain wasn’t broken; it was brilliant. And it was time to help others see their own brilliance too.

Who I Help + How I Help Them

I work with creative humans—neurodivergent minds, overthinkers, introverts, multi-passionate dreamers, and anyone who’s ever felt a bit “too much” or “not enough.”

If your to-do list feels like a tangle, your goals feel fuzzy, or you’re overwhelmed by where to even begin—I’m your person. I help you turn the chaos into clarity, the overwhelm into action. We’ll find the gold in your quirks and the magic in your mess, so you can do life your way (no productivity hacks or hustle culture required).

Through coaching, digital mentoring, and real-talk support, I help you take meaningful steps—without losing your sparkle or your sanity.

Experience, Values + What It’s Like to Work With Me

My superpower? Seeing patterns where others see noise. I’ve spent years decoding creative chaos—my own and others’. From co-directing the Tassie Makers Market to training as a certified life coach, I bring a deep understanding of both business and being human.

I blend lived experience with practical tools, deep empathy, and a dash of sass. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to walk beside you, ask the right questions, and cheer you on as you step into your next chapter—whatever that looks like.

Working with me feels like:
✨ A deep breath
✨ A gentle nudge
✨ A pep talk from your most creative friend who gets you

Whether you’re growing a business, finding your spark again, or just trying to figure out what the heck is next—I’m here for it.

Thanks for being here.
Let’s make some magic.

Justice and Equality

I believe in the power of justice and equality
to create a thriving, inclusive world. I am committed to fostering a coaching environment that respects and celebrates diversity in all its forms. My mission is to empower individuals from all backgrounds to achieve their fullest potential, free from discrimination and bias.

I stand firmly against racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, and all forms of prejudice. I actively work to create a safe, supportive space where everyone feels valued and heard. My coaching practices are rooted in fairness, empathy, and respect, ensuring that each client's unique experiences and perspectives are honoured.

I recognize that pricing can sometimes create a sense of unspoken authority and exclusivity, which may affect the accessibility of my services. It's important to me that coaching is available to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. To address this, I offer flexible pricing options and pro bono coaching where I can to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent anyone from accessing the support they need for personal growth and fulfilment. I am happy to work on a sliding scale if appropriate or an exchange of equal value.
If you would like to reach out because you want to discuss these options further, please contact me at briana@marniie.com.au

I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth, both personally and professionally. I strive to understand the systemic challenges my clients may face and work collaboratively to overcome them. By promoting equality and justice, I aim to contribute to a more just and equitable society.

Join me in this commitment to justice and equality, and together, let's build a brighter, more inclusive future.
